*In July, the meeting is scheduled on the third Thursday of the month in line with the division's summer schedule of Monday - Thursday. The board of directors meet at Emily Spong Parent Resource Center in the conference room located next to the Portsmouth Schools Foundation Office. The board meeting dates are subject to change based on the school division's instructional calendar or at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
